Soilwork - Sworn to a Great Divide

Nothing much has changed for Soilwork. As expected, they're getting more and more American emo-punk-goth friendly with each album and Bjorn Strid is still the Swedish version of Fred Durst.

What we have here is an easy listening, coffee day/discotheque friendly ‘modern’ metal album with a couple of excellent songs that come right at the beginning of the album, to give suckers like myself false hope of contentment.

Not much else to say. Oh and don't buy it. Download the first 5 songs and delete one by one after giving them one listen each.

Why fill up the space with the tracklist? Remove it no? I'm ok with it being a two liner.

Haw! Well, this does help with our quest to review every significant metal album this year before New Year's.

I'm actually not sure so I'll let the majority take a call but definitely no more 2 line reviews please.

I was tempted to put a two word review of Systematic Chaos. Any more and I might have to listen to it again. Sheesh. Nevermind, I'm not helping.

Hey I happen to like Systematic Chaos! Lot better than the last two. In fact I like it a more than the ironically named insomnia cure Awake. Or Metropolis.

Bah, good for you. Labrie trying to do a Hetfield and forgetting how to give harmonies in key was severely annoying.
