2009 update please.

We attempted to perform bypass surgery on our 360 and failed. The RRoD that followed shall ever be a bitter reminder of our inadequacy.

Checko, want some advise. have you had any experience with those mouse-keyboard combos available for 360? I was thinking of buying a 360 but everytime I think of that I think of how horrible I'm at controllers and back off. But then I came across this. http://www.xcm.cc/xcm_xfps_360.htm. Does it really help a controller cripple like me play xbox?

Er...sorry, man. Never used it and I don't personally know anyone who has, either. I'll ask my friend (the wise SSoD) if he has any word on how effective keyb/mouse attachments for the consoles are.

My personal take is while trying to play a shooter on a gamepad is frustrating at first, you do start getting more comfortable with it the more you play. As long as you steer away from the cutthroat competitive multi and stick with single-player games, you shouldn't find it that cumbersome.
