"Voru Wiss-ky, Voru Massala Dosai"

Movie comes out today. Strangely it is put out in English and Hindi, I would have thought Tamil with English subtitles would have been the way to go. Anyway lessee how this plays out. Who else is excited about this?

This might have 2 decent jokes. 3 if we're all really lucky. And there's a whole generation out there that has never even heard of Quick Gun and don;t know where the character's coming from. Although that Telugu actor they've got to play QGM used to be really funny.

Should be a good movie for group-watching, but only going to catch it next week. I still remember the Channel V shorts and if the movie is anything as goofy, should be fun.

Not going in with a lot of expectations but this could be good fun if they get it right.

As for the language, apparently there are 3 versions of the movie out. The original print is in English-Tamil and the Hindi print has the Tamil sections dubbed over. The other one is an all Tamil version I think.

FUCK! This movie was fantastic. I daresay its the most stylish movie ever made in India and definitely among the top 5 funniest. Loved every minute of it. How much you like the movie depends solely on your capacity for nonsensical plots (huge in my case), so be warned. If you didn't like Dashavatharam you probably won't like this.

Saw it with the usual gang, and this one went pretty much as I expected: some pretty good moments, some arbitrary ones and a fair amount of flab (not just Rambha). I wouldn't see this again. Friends seemed to enjoy it a lot more, though.

Totally loved this movie and definitely seeing it again. I'm sure I missed a lot of the blink and you miss jokes the first time around. The only thing I didn't find funny was that mallu VJ from Channel V doing her routine one note act. Most of the other shit was completely bang on target.
