Cool review!

It was indeed a disappointment. I was very very relieved that Riverside at least released their best album last year, as far as similar sounding bands go.

i wouldnt call it a disappointment entirely,certain sections which i certainly enjoyed but yeah EXISTENCE was better..

Revisited this a few days ago, and I initially wondered whether I'd been a bit harsh - it could have deserved a 3. But then as it went on, I found my frustration growing all the time. If I could just take all the great bits (of which there quite a few) and remove all the pointless bits (equally as many), then I'd have an album half as short and 5 times as good. It'd help if all the pointless bits were concentrated in a few songs, but no, they seem to be somewhat evenly distributed. Bah!

Reviving dead threads doesn't help the search engine detection objectives [:p]
